   The following pages contain a partial listing of some of the most commonly used erosion and sedimentation control plan requirements used on small projects. This should not be considered a complete list of all acceptable standards and specifications for E&SC planning.
   For a more comprehensive list of acceptable control measures and facilities, please refer to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection's (PADEP): Chapter 102, Erosion and Sediment Control Regulation (Jan. 2001). The following publications will also provide guidance:

The following is the fee schedule for the E & S Plan:

* Commercial/Industrial/Municipality:  $700 for first acre of disturbed earth, plus additional $25 per acre for every additional acre

* Residential/Individuals and Timber Harvesters$150 for first acre of disturbed earth, plus additional $25 per acre for every additional acre

° Fees apply to E&S plans associated with Chapter 105 Stream Encroachment General Permits.

° Fees will be waived for municipalities that are submitting plans for small projects that are being done in-house using their own equipment and manpower. For all other municipal projects, the standard E&S fess will apply.

° Fees will be waived for the preparation of Conservation Plans for farming related activities.

° If an E&S plan is returned to you as Technically Incomplete or lacking major components, an additional fee that is equal to the original fee will be required. You will also be responsible for the cost of us returning the plan.

° Review of Borrow/Waste area associated with a NPDES Permit will be charged at the Residential/Individual rate.
