Clearfield County Dirt, Gravel, & Low Volume Road Grants

Applications for 2025 DGLVR Grants will be due Friday, November 15, 2024. 
2025 DGLVR Grant Timeline

September 2024 – Grant application period opens
October 4, 2024 – Grant workshop for applicants (Register by September 26)
November 15, 2024 – GRANT APPLICATIONS DUE
January 7, 2025 – DGLVR QAB meeting
January 9, 2025 – Conservation District Board approves 2025 grant awards
January/February 2025 – Grant contracts finalized, projects begin

DGLVR Grant Submission Checklist

Please make sure to complete these steps to ensure that your application is complete:
  • Visit the Course Attendance Tracker to verify eligibility.
  • Contact the DGLVR Technician to discuss your project.
  • Complete traffic count (Low Volume Roads only).
  • Review the CCCD Specific DGLVR Grant Instructions for 2025.
  • Complete DGLVR Grant Application Form.
  • Provide a general project location map.
  • Provide a brief project narrative explaining the project need and scope of work. 
  • Provide site photos showing problem areas (optional but highly encouraged).
  • Attach additional information, if applicable (permits, landowner consent forms, engineer's drawings, etc.).
