2027 DGLVR Grant Timeline

September 14, 2026 – Grant application period opens
October 2026 – Grant workshop (Date to be determined)
November 19, 2026 at 2pm– GRANT APPLICATIONS DUE
January 2027 – DGLVR QAB meeting
January 2027 – Conservation District Board approves 2027 grant awards
January/February 2027 – Grant contracts finalized, projects begin

DGLVR Grant Submission Checklist

Please make sure to complete these steps to ensure that your application is complete:

• Visit the Course Attendance Tracker to verify eligibility.
• Contact the DGLVR Technician to discuss your project. Hannah Condon Phone: (814) 765-2629. Email: [email protected].
• Complete traffic count (Low Volume Roads only)
• Review the CCCD Specific DGLVR Grant Instructions for 2027 (Will be available in September.)
• Complete DGLVR Grant Application Form.
• Provide a general project location map.
• Provide a brief project narrative explaining the project need and scope of work. 
• Provide site photos showing problem areas (optional but highly encouraged)
• Attach additional information, if applicable (permits, landowner consent forms, engineer's drawings, etc.)
