Clearfield County Dirt, Gravel, & Low Volume Road Grants

The 2026 DGLVR grant application period is now closed. Please contact our office at (814) 765-2629 to learn more about applying for 2027 funding.
2027 DGLVR Grant Timeline

September 2026 – Grant application period opens
October 2026 – Grant workshop (Date to be determined.)
November 2026 – GRANT APPLICATIONS DUE (Date to be determined.)
January 2027 – DGLVR QAB meeting
January 2027 – Conservation District Board approves 2027 grant awards
January/February 2027 – Grant contracts finalized, projects begin

DGLVR Grant Submission Checklist

Please make sure to complete these steps to ensure that your application is complete:
  • Visit the Course Attendance Tracker to verify eligibility.
  • Contact the DGLVR Technician to discuss your project. Rachel Kester Phone: (814) 765-2629. Email: [email protected].
  • Complete traffic count (Low Volume Roads only).
  • Review the CCCD Specific DGLVR Grant Instructions for 2027. (Will be available in September.)
  • Complete DGLVR Grant Application Form.
  • Provide a general project location map.
  • Provide a brief project narrative explaining the project need and scope of work. 
  • Provide site photos showing problem areas (optional but highly encouraged).
  • Attach additional information, if applicable (permits, landowner consent forms, engineer's drawings, etc.).
