January 2027 – DGLVR QAB meeting
January 2027 – Conservation District Board approves 2027 grant awards
January/February 2027 – Grant contracts finalized, projects begin

DGLVR Grant Submission Checklist
Please make sure to complete these steps to ensure that your application is complete:
- Visit the Course Attendance Tracker to verify eligibility.
- Contact the DGLVR Technician to discuss your project. Rachel Kester Phone: (814) 765-2629. Email: [email protected].
- Complete traffic count (Low Volume Roads only).
- Review the CCCD Specific DGLVR Grant Instructions for 2027. (Will be available in September.)
- Complete DGLVR Grant Application Form.
- Provide a general project location map.
- Provide a brief project narrative explaining the project need and scope of work.
- Provide site photos showing problem areas (optional but highly encouraged).
- Attach additional information, if applicable (permits, landowner consent forms, engineer's drawings, etc.).
