Chapter 102 Permit Applications and Forms

Below are links to the most commonly used permit applications. The type of permit application required for each project is dependent upon the area of earth disturbance and the nature of the proposed construction. Click the permit/control plan links to download the applications as either a Microsoft Word file, or an Adobe Reader file. If your project does not fit the descriptions below, call us for more information on finding the correct permit application.

General NPDES Permit

General NPDES Permits are required when earth disturbance exceeds one acre.

E&S Control Plan

E&S Control Plans are required when earth disturbance exceeds 5,000 square feet. See E&S Control Plan for timber harvesting that disturbs less than 25 acres.

Individual NPDES Permit

Individual NPDES Permits are required when earth disturbance presents a possibility of adverse environmental impact.

E&S Control Permit

An E&S Control Permit for timber harvest and road maintenance. Applicable when earth disturbance is 25 acres or more.
