Chapter 105 Permit Applications and Forms


Chapter 105 General Permits (GPs) relate to water obstructions and encroachments. They are required for construction in or around waterways and wetlands. Below are links to applications issuable by the Clearfield County Conservation District. The type of permit application required for each project is dependent upon the nature of the proposed construction.
