PermittingAs part of our Chapter 102 Erosion Control Regulation delegation agreement with the PA DEP, the Clearfield County Conservation District is responsible for permit review and approval of projects within the county.
Permitting earth disturbing activities is our way of organizing and optimizing the construction process from start to finish. Embodying the mantra "measure twice, cut once", permitting ensures that projects are done safely and correctly which saves time and money, as well as our water resources. See the "Permit Application & Forms" tab under "Erosion and Sedimentation" for links and information on specific permit applications. |
